Managed mechanical portion of 1.8 Billion Dollar Titanium production plant – new construction -Maintained company point of contact with owner, engineers and other company leads. Managed acquisition of staff and interfaced with multiple project disciplines including engineering, procurement and project controls. I was responsible for project controls, change management, pay requests, and overall company involvement in the project. Maintained negotiation with unions in acquisition of trade and took the lead in an overall successful participation on this complex project.

Project Manager – Utah Salt Lake City Waste Water Treatment Plant (new construction)

Bodell Construction - Salt Lake City, Utah 

Salt Lake City, Waste Water Treatment Plant - new construction infrastructure. Six one million gallon aeration basins, four five million gallon clarifiers and thickeners, methane fired power plant, two sump and housing structures with 1000 h.p. turbine pumps, evaporation basins expansion and SCADA (fiber optic)  automation of plant operations. Managed acquisition of staff and sub-contractors, document control, cost control and procurement. Functioned as point of contact with owner and Engineers and developed and maintained an ongoing productive relationship with plant management. Note: On this project I managed the logistics of the largest temporary bypass pumping operation undertaken in Utah to date i.e. 60 million gallons/day.

Project Engineer / Scheduler - Utah Bridge and Highway infrastructure (new construction)

Wadsworth Inc - Draper, Utah

 Demolition of two bridges on SR-201 at Redwood Road in Salt Lake City followed by new construction of three bridges and seven miles of highways and overpasses on SR-201 and Redwood Road. Involved close interaction with Utah Department of Transportation, assigned as Point of Contact with the owner (UDOT) and the engineers on the project. I was assigned management of materials, change management and pay request processing through UDOT. I created and maintained the project schedule including; cost and resource loading, risk analysis, time impact analysis and Government schedule approval and overall project controls.
